"Having started the day in a grumpy mood, I got ready to go out, feeling drawn to wearing the pink love cami I had recently purchased. I pulled it on and felt an immediate sense of ease. As I realised the time and that I was running late I started to become anxious.
It was not till I managed to squeeze onto the train and get a seat that I started to relax. Then something extraordinary happened. I felt my chest (heart chakra) being penetrated, opening deeper and deeper into what felt like the core of my being. Although I was initially startled by the intensity of this sensation, knowing this to be a part of my body that had been blocked for some time, I felt a sense of relief and allowed the process to continue. This feeling through my chest continued for about 40 mins, unblocking the layers of what I perceive to be protective tension specifically around my heart. It sent me into a deeply relaxed state and I became almost unconscious, feeling liberated from my preoccupations and mood. At the end of this process of opening I felt ready to connect with others more deeply and readily without my usual reserve. I felt more receptive to and accepting of everything around me and these feelings have continued to integrate within me.
